Jennifer Govt's Heroes Journey
In the beginning Jennifer was a government worker who was fully involved with work and had a hard time committing to her daughter Kate. Her call to adventure to me was when she got involved with the Nike shoe shooting in the mall and found that she had a chance to get revenge on John Nike. As her adventure continues she ltterally runs into the first threshold when she was chasing the shooters in the mall determined to never stop till she got them. Then came her death and rebirth when the man had defeated her and shot got shot and fell onto a car; Most people would have died from that. Along her way were some people just trying to help her out; such as, Calvin, her daughter Kate, her inside friend at nike, Buy, and even her boss who was just telling her to relax. Which leads me to her Challenges and temptations she went through. First off, she had to get past her boss who didn't want her to work. Also, she wasn't making enough time for her daughter Kate to get that puppy she had promised, and another would be that she could not get a hold of her awful ex man John Nike who was at the head of these problems anyway. Now she soon after reaches her transformation when her daughter gets kidnapped while she was in LA trying to catch John Nike. She transforms into relizing that Kate is her life and she should be less work involved so she would not be close to loosing her again. Lastly, the elixer to me was finally when she caught John Nike and came home to see her loving daughter and Buy, the stranger and soon to be husband who helped her with her daughter so she could get revenge on the man who was at the source of all the problems in the world sourounding her.
